Problem
MEX
runs its business
on an internally
developed CRM
system called "BOSS".
The BOSS tracks
all client correspondence,
sales quotes,
sales orders,
sales invoices,
work orders,
and requests.
The original
version, written
in Microsoft
Access, had become
unreliable and
unmaintainable
in the face of
increasing demands
for features,
data, and traffic.
Why
DevForce?
MEX
believed that

enable them to
rapidly rewrite
and replatform
the BOSS to .NET.
It had to be
both an immediate
hit and a foundation
