Do I have full redistribution rights?
The DevForce WinClient license allows unlimited deployments of your applications within your own organization. You may also develop and deploy the DevForce runtimes to one organization outside your own. If you are an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and need to deploy a given application to multiple organizations you will require a Redistribution License.

What is a Redistribution License?
The Redistribution License is a flat annual subscription based fee allowing you the right to redistribute multiple DevForce applications to multiple organizations outside of your own. Within the annual subscription period you have the right to redistribute the latest DevForce software. If you choose not to renew your subscription you may continue redistributing the last version of the product you acquired before the expiration of the subscription.

Are there Runtime or Server fees?
We do not charge any runtime or server-cpu fees for DevForce WinClient with Standard Server runtimes that have been integrated into applications which you build. We do offer an optional server upgrade to the Enterprise Server which is licensed on a per server basis.

Do I have access to all upgrades as part of my license?
With an active subscription you will have access to all minor and major releases of DevForce WinClient.

What happens when my subscription expires?
You may continue to use the last version of the product you acquired before the expiration of the subscription.  You will no longer have access to Standard or Priority Support and upgrades of new releases.

How do I renew my subscription?
We will send out an invitation to renew your subscription one month before expiration.  In order to renew you can either respond directly to this email or order your renewal online.

Can I install the product on two machines?
You are allowed to install on a primary machine and a portable or laptop computer.
